We used shaving cream to make these cards.... SHAVING CREAM?? Yes! See all the beautiful swirls? Using a 9 by 13 pan, fill it halfway with shaving cream. Smooth it across the surface. Drop several drops of food colorings, using a variety of colors, swirl it around with a knife or a toothpick. Make any design you wish. Then, place a cardstock face down on the cream, press it a little, to make sure the paper is fully in contact with the cream. Carefully lift it up and place it face up on a paper towel and wipe off the excess of the shaving cream with a paper towel and let it dry. The cards smell good, too!!! A fun project for kids- they LOVE doing this!!
