We don't have a fireplace, so how to hang stockings? I just happened to have this wooden coat rack and painted and glued the snowflakes on, voila! A stocking holder!

I saw this idea at Craft Warehouse and thought it was neat... fill the glass vase with potporri and clear lights. The heat from the lights helps the potporri give out its scent. (Hide the cord behind the vase and plug it in...)

Journals with clay pens- like #11 & 13, except this time I covered the journals with self-adhesive vinyl coverings for more protection.

15

This was a fun project... First, can you guess what this bunny was made out of? Clay? No.... I'll give you a hint... It's edible! This was made using Laffy Taffy candy. Work them like you do with clay! The kids had a blast  pulling the taffy, tearing off its ear and head and eating it!

14

Set of cards- here I cut out pictures from the back of an old calendar, used them to make a set of cards. Stack them up and tie a ribbon around it and give it as a gift! This is easy to do, because then you can make a set of cards with a favorite theme. This is better than just throwing out your old calendars with all the pretty pictures!

13

Horse Journal- Like number 11, except that I used a horse picture from an old calendar.

12

Easy Wire Bracelet- Gather different color of wires, bend in half and form a loop. Separate wires into three sections to braid. Very easy to do- great for kids.

11

2005 Journal- I covered the composition book with pretty floral paper with strong glue and added matching ribbon to it. Rolled a round pencil in matching floral paper with strong glue, tied a ribbon to that, too. Added embellishments to it.

This is kinda hard to see, but if you look closely, you'll see that the heart is embossed. What I did was wet the cardstock, pat it dry, and put it on a mouse pad, put a stamp of a heart on it and stepped on it for about 30 seconds, then let it dry. I read this in one of the Paper Craft Magazines.

I was reading a Better Homes and Gardens "Gifts to make" book when I came up with this personalized jelly bean idea. I thought this was cute for a 4 year old girl's birthday. Also see Gift Bags and Rubberstamping to see the embossed heart tag.

8

The heart and roses were made out of clay. See Clay Projects. Made the mini scrapbook page for Grandma, added the Metal Word "Grandma" inside the frame, added some moss. A shadow Box frame was used.

7

This idea came from Pastry Whiz. Tied a recipe tag around it. This was fun to make. I made these as gifts and I wonder how the cookies have turned out... Good, I hope!

6

This idea came from an old crafts book. Using Tin cans (such as tomato paste cans or vegetable cans...) Contact me for instructions- it's a little lengthy to put in here... ;)

Cow gift jar with licorice and root beer float jelly beans.

Painted the Terra Cotta flower pot white with black spots, sprayed gloss. Tied black ribbon around it. Painted Cow Dish white with black spots, sprayed gloss. Made the cow figurine out of clay, (See here for instructions), Cow flower pot & Cow figurine combined to make a nice centerpiece snack dish.

I made the wire into a swirl and simply slided some beads on to make this ornament. Very easy. Kids can do this!

I found this snowman at Michael's for only a dollar. I had a old star candle holder and got a wooden platform and painted that red and sprayed it with gloss. Painted some Snow-Tex on the star candle holder and put them all together and voila!
